Your items will be sent within 7 business days of ordering (unless stated otherwise on an item description). You will receive an email from us to confirm your order is on its way.

 

 

Orders for delivery within Australia

 

Orders of $100 or more will be shipped FREE of charge to customers in Australia.

​

Orders under $100 will attract a flat shipping fee of $8.95.

 

All orders for delivery in Australia are sent via Australia Post’s Parcel Post service and will reach you within an average of 4-7 business days once sent.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to remote locations (WA country, far North QLD, and most of the NT outside Alice Springs and Darwin).

 

 

Free pick up

 

Customers in the Brisbane metro area can choose to pick up their order by arrangement. Simply select the ‘Free pick-up’ option when you check out. Email hello@hummingbirdpie.com if you would like to arrange pick-up.

 

 

International orders

 

All orders to international destinations are charged at a flat rate of AUD $25.00.

 

International parcels are sent via Australia Post’s Standard International Delivery

service (includes parcel tracking) with a delivery time of 6+ business days to most destinations (excludes any time your parcel is in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post's control).

 

International orders can be subject to import duties and taxes that are calculated once your package arrives in your country.

Your order may also be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon your country's regulations, which may cause delays. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Happily, whilst online retailers can’t predict or cover these fees, these usually don’t apply to low value parcels. You can check with your local customs office to be sure. However, if any duty or customs charges are payable in your country, they will be payable by you.
