Longerpants, but shorter

Sometimes, or maybe all of the time, you just want a little less coverage. Either way, with our Mid-Length Longerpants we’ve more – or less – got you covered, pun definitely intended. You can see them in the illustration below (in the middle of course!) with our Longerpants on the left and Boyleg Briefs on the right.

So how much shorter is shorter? Not much, but enough to make a difference. As the Hummingbird flies, there’s not a lot between our Longerpants and our new ‘Middies’, as they’re affectionately known. Maybe an inch or so, depending on the shape of your leg.

What does that mean exactly?
When you put a garment on, your body fills it out, moving the fabric around to adjust to your shape. So the same pants on a slender person will often look a little longer than on a generously proportioned figure. The beauty of stretch-knit fabrics – especially our custom-made, gorgeously soft and supportive Modal-elastane blend – is that they have a lot of give. So if you have a fuller figure, no problem, as long as you get the right size of course.

The bottom line is whatever your shape, our marvellous Middies do the same job as our Longerpants: provide plenty of support and hold and anti-chafing goodness. And like their Longer sisters, they don’t ride up.
