RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We encourage you to choose your Boyleg Briefs and Longerpants wisely – due to the intimate nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, or offer to exchange or refund underwear that isn’t the right size or that you have decided you don’t want. See 'Please choose carefully' on our size and fit page for more information and assistance in choosing the right size.
If your Leggings are not quite right for you – for any reason – you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Simply email email@example.com and let us know you will be returning your item, specifying your order number and whether you would like:
a refund, or
to exchange your Leggings for a different size, or
to exchange your Leggings for other Hummingbird Pie garments.
To return your goods, post them back in exactly the same condition as you received them along with a copy of your invoice. If you have lost your invoice please note this in your email along with your name and the address you used for delivery.
Refunds are for the full price of the garment.
Exchanges will be to the value of the full price of the garment. If your new goods cost more than your original purchase, you will be invoiced for the shortfall.
Conversely, if your new goods cost less than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference.
Return postage is at your expense and postage costs cannot be refunded or reimbursed. Your local post office will be able to assist with the cost of return postage. If you are exchanging your Leggings for a different size or product you will not be charged a delivery fee for these items.

Damaged or faulty goods
If your items are damaged or faulty on arrival we will gladly send you a replacement pair or refund your purchase. Simply contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your goods to discuss next steps, making sure you reference your order number.
If we ask you to return your items to us, your local post office will be able to assist with the cost of return postage. Return postage is at your expense and postage costs cannot be refunded or reimbursed. Once we receive the damaged or faulty items, we will either send you an equivalent pair (same size, and colour where possible) and waive the delivery fee. Or, if you return the item/s and decide not to go ahead with a replacement pair, we will refund the cost of your purchase and the initial delivery fee.
